• • La performance thermique du bâtiment avec des objectifs ambitieux sur l’isolation du toit (R proche de 10), des murs et des sols ainsi que l’installation d’un mode de chauffage utilisant principalement les ressources locales (bois buche ponctué d’un peu de solaire)

• • La respect de l’architecture du bâtiment en préservant autant que possible l’aspect des façade du toit et la disposition de la cour.

• • L’utilisation de matériaux biosourcés et issus autant que possible des filières locales (bois, chaux, terre, paille, laine de bois…) dans toutes les phases du chantier

• • La mise en place de dispositif permettant de valoriser autant que possible l’intégration du bâtiment dans son environnement: phyto-épuration des eaux usées, le stockage des eaux de pluie, création d’ouvertures pour faire entrer la lumière dans le batiment…
